How do you make computer science appealing to more people? Amazon asked BecomingX to bring computer science to life and make it more accessible to people from all backgrounds. Bringing our unique approach to storytelling, BecomingX created 'Becoming a computer scientist', a series of four short films showcasing how technology powers Amazon's operations and explaining how anyone can start a career in technology.
BecomingX partnered with Da Vinci Kids to create 'Becoming Xtraordinary', an inspiring TV series to help young people learn what it really takes to succeed. The 10 episode series explores the stories of BecomingX's interviewees, helping demystify success and inspire the next generation to achieve extraordinary things.
How can we inspire young people to consider a career in engineering? In partnership with Amazon and the Royal Academy of Engineering, we created 'Engineering Heroes', a film series featuring the world's most inspiring engineers and engineering advocates - a female IndyCar champion, a Nobel winning scientist, an astronaut... all sharing how they became the best in the world at what they do.

How does a leading company build authentic and inspiring leaders? Accenture asked BecomingX to deploy our unique style of storytelling to show the 'Truly Human' side of Accenture employees. We developed an inspiring in person event for 300 people (the most oversubscribed event the team had ever had), and also created six heartfelt films with employees that bring to life why people at Accenture do what they do, and why they give their all to help their clients. BecomingX works with award-winning finance specialists DSW (Dow Schofield Watts) to develop their future leaders in preparation for their roles as Partners. The six-month leadership development programme combines skills masterclasses, executive coaching and team challenges to build key leadership skills such as sales, communication and networking - helping DSW secure its talent pipeline for the future.
